Detox foot patches - have you used them?
Has anyone used these? I saw a commercial today for Kinoki, but figured there has to be more brands out there. I'm looking for anyone that has used them and how it did/didn't have any affect.
Some brands I've heard of include: ShuLi, DTOX Patch, Verseo, Body Pure, Kinoki, Detoxion, Essence Palace, Takara Detox Foot Patch, Body-Relief, Chi, MyTakara, Avon Healthy Remedies, and KinoTox
The only brand I've heard anything good about is Detoxion.
I've seen some benefit to soaking the feet, but its only a very minuscule thing to do as I see it like taking an aspirin to a brain tumor.
Your immune system starts in the gut, and if you do not have the proper terrain in the gut, you are wide open for disease as we have a symbiotic relationship with all kinds of little creatures in our gut that metabolize and detox for us.
